About the Consultant

As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Charolette Cascioli brings over 25 years of comprehensive HR experience, including more than a decade in HR consulting across both profit and non-profit sectors. Her career began with corporate HR leadership roles at UPS and RBC, where she developed deep expertise in employee relations, recruitment and selection, team leadership, and strategic HR planning. She also has experience in HRIS implementation and optimization, helping organizations leverage systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In recent years, she has specialized in supporting small to medium-sized businesses, where she understands the nuances of seasonal workforces, field-based team dynamics, and growth-driven operations. Whether developing compensation frameworks, improving retention strategies, or building foundational HR practices, she brings a business-focused, people-first perspective to help organizations build strong, sustainable people strategies.

PROJECT-BASED SERVICES

Our project-based HR services are designed to give your business the structure and tools it needs to thrive. We implement HR software systems to streamline processes, conduct comprehensive HR audits to ensure compliance, and develop employee handbooks and policy manuals tailored to your workplace. Our onboarding packages equip you with job descriptions, employment agreements, offer templates, interview guides, and checklists to create a smooth new hire experience. And if your needs go beyond our standard offerings, we deliver customized HR projects built specifically for your business goals.

HR SUPPORT SERVICES: 6-12 MONTH CONTRACT

Our Fractional HR Services provide dedicated, ongoing expertise to build or strengthen your HR foundation. Don’t need a full-time HR person? Save the overhead cost. Gain access to a fraction of an HR Manager or Director who can help you build and enhance your HR practices, and provide hands-on support when you need it. With a set number of hours and a clear budget, you gain reliable access to experienced HR professionals who become an extension of your team. Over a minimum six-month contract, this service ensures your organization has consistent, expert HR guidance to stay compliant, support employees, and drive long-term success.
