About the Consultant
As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Charolette Cascioli brings over 25 years of comprehensive HR experience, including more than a decade in HR consulting across both profit and non-profit sectors. Her career began with corporate HR leadership roles at UPS and RBC, where she developed deep expertise in employee relations, recruitment and selection, team leadership, and strategic HR planning. She also has experience in HRIS implementation and optimization, helping organizations leverage systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In recent years, she has specialized in supporting small to medium-sized businesses, where she understands the nuances of seasonal workforces, field-based team dynamics, and growth-driven operations. Whether developing compensation frameworks, improving retention strategies, or building foundational HR practices, she brings a business-focused, people-first perspective to help organizations build strong, sustainable people strategies.
